The fresh sea air, the microclimate and land all donate authentic and rigorous wines that know how to narrate the individual harvests through an offer of limited goods. In fact 2 hectares and 80 acres make up the business’s vines cultivated surface, that during the course of the richest harvest years have allowed to bottle fifteen thousand bottles, mostly of Dolcetto d’Ovada DOC, and smaller amounts of Barbera del Monferrato DOC that reaches 60% of the national market, whereas the remaining part meets the demands of the farm’s activity.
The young vines on which the Dolcetto stubs are aligned, emphasize typical vegetable features, that on the palate express the pulp and aromatic strength of the grapes. The wine which results expresses immediately the intact pleasantness that represents the way of the house.
The violet colour is youthful, just as the vivacious aroma and slight vinous features are comforted by the scent of strawberries. These features are emphasized in the young wine called “PrimoAmore”, which was presented as a “son” during the last harvest to coincide with Christmas.
