The restaurant has been obtained from the farm’s old stables, where the warm atmosphere and hospitality make it a perfect corner as a meeting place to come and taste the flavours from the Piemontese cuisine, and to exchange talk with other guests, let alone with the owners that personally serve and take care of all the service.
The vegetables are collected from our vegetable garden and greenhouse: jams, “mostarda” -sweet fruit pickle, and sauces are prepared following traditional old methods without adding any preservatives.
La nostra cucinaFood is our strength: an endless choice of starters where our bagna caoda excels, along with home-made pasta for meat and vegetable ravioli, tagliatelle, gnocchi, raviolini that all served with typical Piemontese seasonal sauces. Braised and boiled meats, mixed fries, all served with our DOC wines from the Alto Monferrato territory.
Furthermore, personalized menus are available for weddings, anniversaries, work parties, buffets, communions or open-air musical evenings.
