Enrico’s and Franco’s aim is to unite with their guests holiday, a cookery experience with the addition of a guided tasting of wines from the Monferrina tradition.
Learn the recipe on how to prepare the typical chocolate pudding (Bonet) or Duck a l’orange, lasagne from the vegetable garden or vegetable flans.
Particular attention will be paid to the pairing of the dishes prepared with the farm’s wines, in order to enhance the fragrances. Each day a complete menu will be faced, from starter to dessert, with a different wine to accompany each course to study the correct pairing. An opportunity of learning how to prepare the main recipes from the Monferrato region, the typical produce and their genuineness.

On request guided excursions in the surrounding area and-or to producers of typical specialties may be organized. The duration and conditions of the work experience will be arranged directly with guests based on mutual needs.
The cookery school is forecast for a minimum of 4 up to a maximum of 8 people.
